Our youngest daughter attended Arbor in grades pre thru 8th grade. We have always thought of Arbor as a special place. It`s always been very accepting and welcoming. It was like an extension of our family. Now our daughter has moved on to a public magnet high school. She is thriving in her first experience outside of Arbor. I trace her early success to how well Arbor prepared her to meet the next round of academic challenges. I unequivocally recommend Arbor to any parent looking for a quality educational environment for their children.

Our children have been at Arbor going on four years, and we have had nothing but a wonderful school experience. Arbor has plenty of access to nature with space for lots of outdoor learning and lessons, which we love. We find the school to be very organized, and structured appropriately for Montessori learning and the administration has been very thoughtful over how the pandemic was handled. The school was able to stay masked, keeping the classrooms open all school year with the occasional class closure. They have been accommodating & thoughtful with each child and their needs. We are so happy we chose Arbor Montessori and plan to stay for many years!

This will be my son's final year at Arbor and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience overall. He started as a Primary student just before turning 3 and is now going on 14. Arbor has shaped him into a well-mannered, caring, and ambitious young man with a solid foundation for his next four years in high school and beyond. Arbor nourishes the love of learning and that is something you cannot get anywhere else. The adolescent program for the 7th and 8th-grade years does so much for their confidence and maturity, these wonderful kids feel as though they can conquer the world, and I know that they will!!

We have been so very pleased with our time at Arbor, both in Primary and now in Elementary. The teachers are passionate about what they do and work to instill real values in our children. They are learning so much more about the world than just facts and we could not be more grateful.

We have been so pleased with our Arbor experience since day one. We have felt appreciated and welcome. I truly couldn't think of a better school to send our children to.

It is easy to get wrapped up in the frenzy of standardized testing, volumes of homework and frequent quizzes as the indicator of whether a school is preparing your child properly. No one wants to get "left behind." Arbor kids "stand out" because they understand the underlying concepts and not the repetition (can you even remember the topics of the quiz your kid crammed for two weeks ago). Instead of giving a child a fish, it teaches them how to. It is a tortured use of an analogy but apt. And, they excel when they do test . . .
