Founded in 1933, St Henry District High School is the Diocese of Covington`s largest co-ed Catholic high school.
SHDHS produces educated, disciplined, and well-rounded men and women of strong character and integrity, who are prepared to meet the challenges of the future as active Catholic leaders, who value human life, and who are dedicated to family and to living a life in service of others.
SHDHS` five pillars of success are faith, scholarship, athletics, arts, and leadership.
In each of these areas, SHDHS students rank among the highest achievers in Northern Kentucky.
SHDHS offers a warm family atmosphere and focuses on meeting the individual needs of every student.
At the same time, SHDHS has successfully incorporated many activities and opportunities traditionally available at only larger schools.
Our Catholic faith is the common thread uniting every thing we do, and is part of daily student life at SHDHS. SHDHS was the only high school in the state of Kentucky to be named a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School. This was the school's second National Blue Ribbon Award, having previously received one in 2012.
